To make dough, grate butter, add sour cream and mix until homogeneous mass. Stir in flour gradually and knead dough.
To make filling, chop almonds, add sugar, honey, cinnamon and mix well.
Cut the dough into 2 oz (50 gm) pieces and roll them out into strips so as make 1 edge wider than the other. Spoon filling on each strip and roll beginning with the wider edge. Put the tubes on a greased baking pan and bake for 20-25 minutes in preheated oven.
Cool the ready tubes and sprinkle with sugar powder.
