Products Needed:
2 boiled potatoes
1 onion
6 tbsp olive oil
lettuce leaves
fresh mint leaves
2/3 lb boiled chicken fillet
Dressing:
1 tsp prepared mustard
1 tsp dried mint
saltto taste
4 tbsp vinegar
Directions:

Slice chicken fillet, cut potatoes into circles, cut onion into dices. Fry each ingredient apart in a part of oil.

Mix the remaining oil with minced mint, salt, vinegar and mustard.

Mix prepared ingredients, put on lettuce leaves, pour with prepared dressing.

Before serving, season the salad with chopped mint greens.
