Products Needed:
1/2 lb boiled fish fillet 1 sweet pepper 2 tomatoes 1 onion 1 avocado 4 tbsp mayonnaise 1 tbsp prepared mustard ground black pepperto taste parsley greens

Directions: Cut fish, pepper, tomatoes, avocado and onion into dices.
Whisk mayonnaise with mustard and pepper.
Combine prepared ingredients, dress with the sauce and stir up.
Before serving, top the salad with greens.
