7 oz boiled fish fillet
4 boiled eggs
3 oz canned sea kale
4 tbsp mayonnaise
2 tbsp chopped spring onion
Directions:
Cut fish into cubes, combine with kale, chopped eggs, dress with mayonnaise and stir up.
Before serving, season the salad with spring onion.
