Slice fish, chop egg, mash cottage cheese.
Bathe pepper, remove steams and seeds, bake in oven. Cool, peel and cut into rings.
Combine prepared all ingredients (except pepper), add wheat grains, salt, dress with oil, mixed with vinegar and stir up.
