Shred meat, cut potato into triangular chunks, cut carrot into circles, cut onion into rings.
Fry the prepared meat in heated vegetable oil for 5 minutes. Fry potato and carrot for 5 minutes.
Put meat into deep frying pan, add onion, chopped ginger, pepper, salt, sugar and half of wine. Add water so as to cover the products on 2/5 inch (1 cm). bring to a boil and stew, covered, over low heat for 30 minutes. Add potato, carrot, cut leek, pour left wine, stir and stew for 10-15 minutes.
Serve the dish hot, garnish with greens. Serve steamed rice separately in piala.
