Products Needed:
1 lb (500 gm) lamb 1 head chinese cabbage 3 potatoes 2 onions 2 cloves garlic 1 tbsp butter 2 cups beef stock salt, ground black peppercorn to taste 1 tbsp sesame seeds parsley greens

Directions: Dice meat, cut cabbage into strips 2/5 inch (1 cm) thick, dice potato. Peel onion and garlic, chop and mix.
Butter a pan with thick bottom and put in layers into it the prepared cabbage, meat, onion, garlic, potato. Sprinkle each layer with salt, pepper, caraway seeds and greens. Add stock and left butter, bring to a boil, and stew for 1 hour without stirring.
Serve hot, garnish with greens.
