Products Needed:
5 oz smoked salmon fillet 1 carrot 1 leek stalk 2 tbsp wheat flour 1 egg 7 tbsp vegetable oil 2 tbsp vinegar * 5 oz lettuce leaves salt, ground black pepper to taste

Directions: Cut onion into thin rings, grate coarsely carrot. Mix all with flour, salt and pepper.
Fry fritters of prepared mixture on 3 tablespoons of oil. Cool.
Shred lettuce leaves, slice fish.
Mix the remaining oil with vinegar, adding a dollop of salt.
Put lettuce leaves on a platter, put over fritters and fish, pour it with prepared dressing.
