1. Chop onion, fry in olive oil, add orange juice, spices and stew for 20 minutes. Cool.
2. Mash cranberries through a sieve, mix it with horseradish, wine, juice and spices.
3. Put onion stuffing over herring fillet, turn into rolls and place on a platter. Top the rolls with pears, greens and pour with prepared sauce.
