2 cups red or black currants
1 tbsp gelatin
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 lemon juice
3-4 tbsp dessert red wine
Directions:

Remove fruit stems off the berries, wash, cast in a colander, dry and place in molds.

Dissolve gelatin in 1 cup of water, add lemon juice, wine, sugar, cool a little and pour on berries. Cool until sets.

Before serving plunge the molds in hot water for several seconds and turn the jelly on cooled serving platter. Top with fresh berries.
