3-4 red beets
1 onion
2 cloves garlic
1/2 tsp ground coriander seeds
1 tsp sesame seeds
1/2 tsp greound red peppercorn
2 tbsp vegetable oil
1 lemon juice
Directions:
Shred washed and peeled beet.

Cut onion into circles, fry in vegetable oil until golden, cool. Chop garlic.

Dress the beet with fried onion, garlic, coriander, sesame, sugar, pepper, vegetable oil and lemon juice. Mix and let stay for 1 hour.

Cool the salad before serving.
