Wash carrots, peel, shred, season with salt and let stay for 30 minutes.
Cut onion into strips, fry in vegetable oil until golden and cool. Chop garlic.
Season carrot with the mix of garlic, pepper, fried onion, coriander, sesame, sugar, oil, vinegar and salt. Stir and let stay for 1 hour.
Serve the salad chilled.
