Shred cabbage, beet and onion. Blend the vegetables, season with salt and let stay for 30 minutes.
Cut onion into circles and fry in vegetable oil until golden. Chop garlic.
Season the salad with the mix of fried onion, garlic, red and black peppercorn, coriander, vinegar, sugar, oil, salt. Stir and let stay for 1 hour.
Serve the salad chilled.
