Wash meat, chop and cut into chunks. Fry in heated oil, pour with water to cover the meat, stew for 30 minutes.
Cut peeled onion into strips, fry in the rest vegetable oil.
Peel and core quince, shred and combine with meat. Add fried onion, season with salt and pepper, stew covered until ready.
Put the meat on a plate and top with chopped greens.
