2 bananas
2 tbsp starch
1 tbsp powdered sugar
1 cup cream
1 cup vegetable oil
Directions:
Cut peeled bananas into circles ¼ inch (5-6 mm) thick, sprinkle with starch and deep fry until golden. Take of from the oil, drain. Sprinkle with sugar powder.
Serve chilled cream separately.
