8 strawberriess
1/2 cup sugar
2 tbsp gelatin
2 egg whites
1 tbsp lemon juice and lemon zest of 1 lemon
Directions:

Soften gelatin in 1 cup of cool boiled water, stir over the low heat until dissolved.

Wash and clean strawberries. Put in the mold.

Beat egg whites until stiff and foamy, whisk in gradually dissolved gelatin in little portions. Add lemon zest and juice, mix until the mass softens, then pour it in the mold over the berries. Cool until completely set.

Before serving plunge the mold in hot water for several seconds and turn the jelly on a plate.
