Products Needed:
2 eggs 2 oz (50 gm) fresh mushrooms 2 oz (50 gm) rice noodles 3 1/3 oz (40 gm) tinned shrimps 1 red sweet pepper 2 tbsp fish bouillon 1 tsp soy sauce salt, ground black peppercorn to taste parsley greens

Directions: Cook tofu in fish bouillon a little and mash with a fork. Boil noodle until ready and cast in a colander. Clean mushrooms, wash and cut into strips.
Blend tofu with fresh eggs, prepared mushrooms, noodles and shredded sweet pepper. Stir the mass, season with salt and pepper, add shrimps and stir again.
Put the mass into a covered with food plastic double-boiler and cook for 15 minutes. Remove plastic and cut the mass into portions.
Sere with soy sauce. Garnish with greens.
