Products Needed:
4 slices rye bread 6 tbsp butter 1/2 lb grated Gauda cheese 4 round cracker 4 chips of shell shape 4 tbsp cottage cheese 2 tbsp heavy cream 4 cherry tomatoes 2 onions parsley greens spring onion 5 tsp caviar

Directions: Cut thinly dill weed and parsley greens. Whisk butter, mix with cheese and greens, salt and pepper.
Brush 3 slices with prepared mixture, put them one on another, cover with the remaining slice and refrigerate for 30 minutes under light pressure. Before serving, cut into small squares or triangles.
Mix cream with cottage cheese. Scatter 1 spoon of the mass on each cracker and chips.
Put caviar on crackers over the cottage cheese mass and top with dill bunches.
Put tomatoes on chips over cottage cheese mass, top with greens.
