Products Needed:
2 lb potato
1/2 cup vegetable stock
1 onion
2 carrots
1/5 lb green peas_RU S_SYN
2 tbsp canned corn
4 tbsp chopped basil and dill greens
4 tbsp vegetable oil
4 tbsp mayonnaise
4 small sausages
Directions:

Cook potatoes, cool, peel and cut into cubes.

Boil vegetable stock with vinegar, salt, pepper, oil and pour the potatoes.

Chop onion, add to the potatoes and leave for 30 minutes.

Cook carrot and cut into cubes.

Slice sausages.

Mix prepared ingredients with a half of chopped greens and mayonnaise. Leave for 15 minutes.

When serving, season the dish with the remaining greens.
