Products Needed:
4 oz cooked potato 1/2 lb mushrooms 2 tbsp vegetable oil 3 oz sauteed onion 2/5 lb tomatoes 1 1/2 oz canned corn 1/3 cup mayonnaise

Directions: Cut potatoes into cubes.
Drain corn infusion.
Cut tomatoes into cubes.
Slice mushrooms, fry in oil and cool.
Put in layers: potatoes, fried mushrooms and onion, then corns and tomatoes.
Pour with mayonnaise and top with greens.
