Products Needed:
1/2 of white cabbage head 4 slices white bread 2 salted herring fillet 1 bunch spring onion 4 tbsp mayonnaise 1 clove garlic 1 pickled cucumber 5 tbsp of coriander, parsley and dill greens 4 lettuce leaves

Directions: Shred cabbage, mash lightly with salt.
Cut bread into dices and fry.
Chop herring fillet and cucumber. Add chopped greens, minced garlic, mayonnaise and stir.
Put cabbage on lettuce leaves, pour with the dressing and season with toasts.
