Products Needed:
1 lb squid fillet
2/5 lb white cabbage
3 oz canned corn
2 boiled eggs
1/3 cup mayonnaise
Directions:

Clean squid fillet, cook in salted water for 3 minutes. Then cool and shred.

Shred thinly cabbage, grate coarsely eggs.

Combine all ingredients, dress with mayonnaise and stir.

When serving, top the salad with greens.
