Products Needed:
4/5 lb salted salmon fillet 4 boiled eggs 3/5 lb pickled cucumbers 1 grapefruit 1/2 cup mayonnaise

Directions: Cut salmon fillet and cucumbers into cubes, chop eggs.
Peel grapefruit, remove membranes, slice the pulp.
Put lettuce leaves on the center of a plate, put over grapefruit slices, the put eggs, cucumbers and salmon. Cover with mayonnaise and top with greens.
