Products Needed:
1 can green beans 1 can canned corn 3/5 lb cooked rice 2 tomatoes 1 green sweet pepper 2/5 lb fresh smoked sausage 6 tbsp lemon juice 6 tbsp olive oil 1 bunch spring onion 2 chilly peppers

Directions: Drain beans and corns infusions.
Scald tomatoes, cool quickly and peel, cut the pulp into dices.
Cut sweet pepper into rhombus, cut onion into rings, slice thinly sausage. Mince chilly pepper.
Mix lemon juice with olive oil, adjust with salt and pound pepper.
Mix all prepared ingredients, put on plates, pour with the dressing and top with greens.
