Products Needed:
4 oz cooked tongue 2 boiled eggs 1/3 lb apples 2 oz prunes 2 oz grated cheese 1/2 cup mayonnaise 1 1/2 oz walnuts

Directions: Cut the tongue into stripes.
Grate coarsely eggs.
Shred apples and prunes.
Stir prepared ingredients, dress with mayonnaise.
When serving, season the salad with grated cheese, nuts and top with greens.
