2 slices rye bread
1/3 lb horse radish
2 oz cooked beet
4 tbsp sour cream
1 tsp vegetable oil
1 oz spring onion
lettuce leaves
Directions:
Cut bread in figure slices, season with salt and fry in oil.

Peel horseradish and beet, shred, put on lettuce leaves and pour with sour cream.

Put prepared toasts around.
