Products Needed:
1/5 lb salmon fillet
1/3 lb zander fillet
1 oz cleaned shrimps
1/2 onion
3 tbsp milk
1/2 oz white bread
2 oz scallops
2 oz green peas_RU S_SYN
2 tbsp heavy cream
4 tbsp mayonnaise
4 tbsp cognac
2 oz cucumber
1 oz cheese
1/2 lemon
1 tbsp vegetable oil
white pepper, ground
lettuce leaves
2 oz smoked salmon fillet
Directions:

Cut salmon fillet into stripes, sprinkle with lemon juice, season with spices and simmer.

Mince zander fillet, smoked salmon, onion and stale bread soaked in milk. Pepper, add 2 tea spoons of oil and stir.

Simmer shrimps with cognac, combine shrimps with fish mass and shape rolls, prepare in double cook.

Cook scallops, shred, sprinkle with lemon juice.
