Remove chicken bones, beat the fillet.
Brush one chicken leg with the mixture of adjika, chopped and simmered spinach and grated garlic, shape a roll.
Salt and pepper the second chicken leg, scatter minced prunes over it, turn tightly.
Salt and pepper the third chicken leg. Soak and mince dried apricots, then scatter over the chicken leg, then turn tightly.
Grease foil, cover each chicken leg tightly. Bake chicken legs until done.
Cool the rolls, remove the foil, slice.
