1 lb cooked beet
1/5 lb onion
1/5 lb cottage cheese
1 egg
2 tbsp semolina
3 cloves garlic
3 tbsp dried bread crumbs
3 tbsp vegetable oil
Directions:
Grate coarsely beet.

Pour with a glass of water, bring to boil, pour semolina and cook for 15 minutes, then cool a little and add an egg.

Shred thinly onion and sautee. Mix prepared vegetables with cottage cheese, salt.

Shape cutlets, cover with breadcrumbs and fry in oil.

Serve the cutlets with sour cream and greens.
