Score potatoes across into thin circles, brush with butter, season with spices and chopped spring onion. Put in a mold, pour ½ lb of water and bake for 40 minutes over 390°F.
To prepare sauce, cut onion and leek into rings, slice sausage, cut pineapple into cubes, fry all for 3 minutes in oil.
Pour stock and stew for additional 3 minutes. Salt, pepper, add adjika, sour cream and carry.
Serve the potatoes with pine-apple sauce, topping with greens.
