Cut zucchini into thin circles. Scald tomatoes and peel, slice the pulp.
Rub baking mold with garlic, grease.
Put the vegetables in the mold by layers, pressing tightly and bake for 5 minutes over 465°F.
Stir eggs with sour cream, add spices, salt, pepper and minced garlic clove.
Cover vegetables with prepared mixture and bake for additional 20 minutes.
