1 1/3 lb fish fillet
1/4 cup wheat flour
4/5 lb onion
1/2 cup vegetable oil
ground black pepper
Directions:
Cut the fillet into 3-5 pieces for 1 portion, salt, pepper, cover with flour.

Cut thinly onion. Put onion in heated oil, fry lightly.

Add fish and fry until crust appears. Then reduce the heat and cook until done.

When serving, garnish the fish with cooked vegetables, top with lemon and greens.
