Products Needed:
4/5 lb salmon fillet 1 lemon 4/5 lb potato 1/2 cup dried bread crumbs 1 tsp mustard 2 tbsp vegetable oil ground black pepper

Directions: Slice salmon fillet and potatoes, salt and pepper.
Put in greased mold in layers, seasoning each layer with breadcrumbs.
Whisk oil with mustard, pour the fish and potatoes and bake until done.
Before serving, top the dish with lemon and greens.
