2 1/5 lb walleyed pike
3 tbsp grated horseradish root
2 1/3 tbsp butter
1 1/5 cup sour cream
ground black pepper
Directions:
Clean fish, bathe, take the fillet and cut into portion pieces.

Put in the stewing pan, seasoning with horseradish, pour with melted butter, salt and pepper. Fry for 30 minutes under a lid.

10 minutes before the end of cooking, pour with sour cream.

When serving, put the fish on a platter, garnish with cooked potatoes and top with greens.
