2 lb fish fillet
2 tbsp lemon juice
3 sweet peppers
1 lb tomatoes
2 tbsp butter
1/2 of dill greens bunch
2 tbsp grated horseradish root
1 clove garlic
7 oz cheese
ground black pepper
Directions:
Cut fillet, sprinkle with lemon juice, salt and pepper.

Cut sweet pepper into stripes, fry in butter, add minced garlic, salt and pepper. Scald tomatoes, peel, cut the pulp into circles.

Put tomatoes in greased mold, salt, pepper, the put fried pepper, cover with fish fillet. Break cheese, mix with horseradish and chopped dill weed. Brush fish with prepared mixture and bake for 20 minutes over 390°F.
