Cut salmon into pieces and fry in butter.
Divide the dough into two parts, roll out. Put the following layers on the center of each dough part: minced potatoes, fried mushrooms with onion, salmon pieces.
Tweak the edges and shape a fish. Put in warm place for 20 minutes. Then brush with an egg and bake.
Serve the pie topping with greens. Serve butter, caviar or mustard sauce apart.
