Rub the meat with spices and fry in oven until done.
Cut onion into half rings, peel apples, remove seeds, mince.
Melt butter, sautee onion and apples until done, cool a little then blend. Add salt, sour cream, pepper, mustard, horseradish and stir up.
Slice prepared pork, garnish with greens and apples. Serve hot sauce apart.
