Cut the bacon into slices and fry a little on the frying pan, then remove in a mold.
Cover the chops with the mixture of flour, salt and pepper, fry until golden crust.
Mince garlic and fry lightly. Add sauerkraut, junipers, peppercorns and some sugar.
Mix the sauerkraut with the bacon. Put over chops, pour with chicken stock, cook in oven until done.
Serve the dish topping with greens.
