2/3 lb chicken forcemeat
2 oz onion
2 1/2 tbsp butter
ground black pepper
1 cup wheat flour
5 eggs
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup vegetable oil
Directions:
Put spices in the chicken forcemeat, add chopped onion and shape flat cakes? But frozen butter piece on each flat cake, shape the cutlets.

Whisk eggs with milk, mix with flour.

Cover the cutlets with flour, dip in the batter.

Fry in oil. then cook in oven until done.

When serving, garnish the cutlets with fried potatoes, top with greens.
