Cut bacon into stripes and fry until golden.
Cut the chicken into 8 pieces, cover with flour, mixed with salt and pepper, fry in grease, from bacon frying until golden crust.
Cut mushrooms into 4 parts, stew in butter and add to the chicken.
Pour chicken stock, add fried bacon and stew until done.
When serving, put on a platter and garnish with fried potatoes.
