Divide chicken into 4 or 8 pieces.
Chop onion and garlic. Cut sweet pepper into dices.
Scald tomatoes, peel, halve the pulp, remove the seeds and cut the pulp into dices.
To prepare sauce, sautee onion, garlic and pepper until done. Add carry, tomatoes, sweet pepper, pour ½ cup of water, bring to boil, then salt and pepper.
Put chicken pieces in the sauce and stew in oven until done.
Serve the chicken with cooked rice, topping with greens.
