Soak gelatin with ½ cup of cold water.
Cream yolks with sugar. Dissolve coffee with warm milk, mix with creamed yolks. Cook through the mixture on water bath until the consistence of sour cream, add prepared gelatin and cook through the mixture until gelatin dissolves.
Whisk cream into froth, put egg-milk mass stirring constantly.
Pour the mass in molds and cool. Before serving, remove the cream from the molds. If desired, top the cream with chocolate.
