Products Needed:
1 1/2 lb flesh pork 1/2 lb cheese 1/2 lb smoked mutton salt

Directions: 1. Beet pork flesh, salt it and pepper.
2. Cut cheese into thin flat slices, scatter over pork, put smoked loin slices over pork. Shape a roll, tie with a cord and bake for 1-1,5 hour.
3. Cut the roll into portion pieces, place on a platter, garnish with canned vegetables and serve. Serve pungent sauce apart.
