1. Slice thinly cheese and ham.
2. Mix butter with cottage cheese, mince and whisk.
3. Put cheese and ham slices in a mold (ham on the top), interlaying with prepared cream.
4. Soak gelatin in cold water, then mix with warm stock. Salt and bring to boil stirring, then filter and cool.
5. Pour the ham and cheese with prepared aspic and cool until the dish firms up.
6. Before serving, put the mold in hot water and remove the dish on a platter. Top it with greens bunches.
