1. Stir sliced butter with flour. Add an egg, 1-2 tablespoons of cold water and knead the dough. Cool for 30 minutes.
2. Roll out the dough, put in greased mold. Cover it with parchment, pour a layer of beans and bake for 15 minutes over 410°F. Then remove parchment and beans and bake the base for additional 10 minutes.
3. Cut bacon into dices and fry until crispy crusts.
4. Mix eggs with milk, cream, greens, add salt and pepper.
5. Put bacon on baked base, pour over with egg mass and season with cheese. Bake the dish for 40 minutes over 355°F.
