Праздничный стол. Шаг за шагом
1/2 lb crabsticks
1 cup vegetable oil
2/3 cup wheat flour
2/3 cup milk or water
3 eggs
1 tsp chopped parsley greens
1/10 tsp citric acid
salt to taste
red pepper, ground to taste
Directions:
1. Pepper and salt crab sticks, add greens, 1 teaspoon of oil and lemon juice, marinate them for 15-20 minutes.

2. Dissolve flour with warm milk, add salt, egg yolks, stir up. Whisk cooled egg whites and egg to the batter.

3. Dip crab sticks in the batter and deep-fry for 2-3 minutes until golden crusts.

4. Serve the crab sticks with mayonnaise, deep-fried lemon slices and parsley.
