1. Aerate flour, mix it with warm milk. Bring the sauce to boil and cook stirring for 5 minutes. Salt and pepper.
2. Take off lobsters shells, cut the flesh. Chop boiled eggs and onion. Mix lobsters with eggs, onion and sauce.
3. Whisk the ingredients (except oil) for pancakes. Add oil and stir up.
4. Fry pancakes at one side until golden.
5. Put 1 tablespoon of stuffing on each unfried side and turn them into envelopes. Put the pancakes seam down in greased mold, season with cheese and bake for 10-15 minutes over 465°F.
Serve the pancakes hot.
