4 cups minced canned asparagus
3 oz butter
4 eggs
3 tbsp grated Parmesan
1/2 cup wheat flour
2 cups milk
salt, pound black pepper
Directions:
1. Sautee flour in butter, cool a little. Pour milk stirring constantly, cook through and remove from the heat.

2. Mix asparagus with cheese and whisked egg yolks, then add a part of whisked egg whites, salt, pepper, brush with the remaining whisked whites and bake until golden.
