12 egg yolks
6 tbsp sugar
grated zest of 1 lemon or orange
1/5 cup orange liqueur
1/5 cup cognac
3 oz pink muscat *
4/5 lb biscuit
Directions:
Wash eggs in soda infusion, then in a large amount of water. Divide whites from yolks.

Grate off lemon and orange zests.

Cream yolks with sugar, add zest, orange liqueur, cognac, wine and whisk until the consistence of sour cream. When serving, pour the dessert in ramekins, serve biscuits apart.
