Whisk butter until puffy mass. Take off lemon zest. Press the juice of the pulp.
Cream egg with sugar until white, mix with butter, add lemon juice and zest, put fruit jelly cubes and candied fruits, add minced fried nuts and pastries.
Knead well the mass, cover with parchment or foil, shaping sausage and refrigerate for 4-5 hours.
Before serving, slice the dessert.
